Sun Country performed Land use planning, surveying, and engineering on this 34-lot subdivision in SE Bend. Originally part of the Bend Golf and Country Club, founded in 1925, the developable land was partitioned from the Club and features a large landscaped open space tract to mirror the Country Club aesthetics, and is also used for storm water disposal. This private road development was built out as zero lot line townhomes, where two lots share a common wall between the luxury homes.
